2005 Bouchard Pere et Fils, Mazi Chambertin 750ml

Lush black fruits on the nose, laced with a little spice and a touch of vanillay new oak and “mahogany bureau”. The palate is succulent, much more opulent and gregarious than the Charmes-Chambertin with racy acidity. Crisp, well-defined with a pure, quite feminine finish. Excellent.
