2006 Bouchard Pere et Fils, Meursault, Genevrieres, 1er Cru 750ml (Pre-Arrival)

Utterly scintillating, this Genevrires has a marvellous perfume preceeding the exciting, floral, mineral-rich palate. There is almost a note of cherry blossom in the fragrant bouquet and the palate is filled with many layers of flavour that swell and ebb across the tongue. This could not have been made any better.
