2018 Domaine Roulot, Auxey Duresses 750ml

Auxey-Duresses wines are produced in the Côte de Beaune subregion of Burgundy. They can be either red (the clear majority) or white – made from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay respectively.

The climate around Auxey-Duresses is of continental type, with warm, dry summers and cool, extended winters. Spring arrives earlier here than in Burgundy's northern outposts like Chablis.
